Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available as standard purchases, pre-orders, subscriptions, or “try before you buy” offers. This policy explains when and how you can cancel these types of orders.

If you placed a regular order and it has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it for you. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at support@teslautogear.com. If the order is already in processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible — however, you can still return the item according to our Refund Policy.

Subscription-based purchases are billed on a recurring basis. Your payment details are stored securely, and charges are applied automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the next billing cycle. Our team is always happy to help with this — simply reach out via email.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock. If a pre-order hasn’t entered the fulfillment stage, it can generally be canceled and refunded. Once fulfillment begins or the item has shipped, the order can’t be canceled, but you may still return the item afterward if it meets the return requirements in our Refund Policy.

For “try before you buy” offers, we temporarily authorize your payment method while you test the item. If you return it within the allowed time frame and in acceptable condition, the authorization will be released. If the item is not returned on time or shows signs of wear or use, the full amount will be charged.

To request a cancellation of any order type, email us at support@teslautogear.com with your full name, order number, and a brief description of your request. We will review the status of your order and let you know whether cancellation is still available at that stage.
