At Teslautogear, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations or an issue arises, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.
Return Window — 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be in original condition (unused and uninstalled), include all original packaging, accessories, and components, be free of marks, odors, or signs of wear, and arrive in the same condition as delivered. Items showing installation marks or noticeable use may be declined.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number, photos or video of the defect, and a brief explanation of the issue. After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or refund.
When a Return May Be Declined
Returns may not be accepted if the item shows signs of installation or use, original packaging is missing or damaged, parts are missing, the item was damaged after delivery, or the item is customized or made to order (if applicable in the future).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As we work with multiple logistics partners, shipping fees may vary depending on your location. We do not reimburse original shipping costs or service fees.
Return Address
We provide the return address individually after the return request is approved. This ensures the product is returned to the correct fulfillment center based on your region.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@teslautogear.com and include your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos or video if the issue relates to product condition or quality. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Return Processing & Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Returns are processed within up to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund. If a return is declined, we will provide a clear explanation.
